Step 1: The Bare Feet Foot File is perfect for removing hard skin and callus build up, due to its stainless steel handle and abrasive pads on both sides make the file hard wearing and easy to use. For long-lasting results, use the file 1-2 times a week.

Step 2: Follow with the Exfoliating Foot Scrub, 2-3 times a week, to ensure all the dry skin is removed, especially in those out-of-reach places, such as in between your toes. The scrub is formulated with Coconut Shell & Apricot Stone to remove dead, dry skin resulting in soft and radiant feet.

Step 3: Finish your routine with the Conditioning Foot Cream, a daily treatment designed with nourishing Avocado Oil to hydrate the skin, as well as keep it healthy and protected.

 Exfoliating Foot Scrub:

Conditioning Foot Cream:

Aqua (Water), Glycerin, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Stearic Acid, Cetearyl Alcohol, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, Magnesium Aluminum Silicate, Triethanolamine, Phenoxyethanol, Parfum (Fragrance), Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Panthenol, Disodium EDTA, Ethylhexylglycerin, Mel (Honey), Zingiber Officinale (Ginger) Root Extract, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, Hexyl Cinnamal, Limonene, Linalool, Geraniol.

Foot File:

For best results use once or twice a week on dry skin before you bathe. Work on areas of thickened or calloused skin, filing towards the midline of the foot whilst being careful not to over-grip the file. Follow with the Conditioning Foot Cream. Clean the file with warm soapy water and a nail brush. Dab dry with a clean towel. Do not leave immersed in water.

Exfoliating Foot Scrub:

For best results apply once or twice a week to wet feet, massage in for 2-3 minutes and rinse off with warm water.

Conditioning Foot Cream:

For best results apply to clean, dry feet once a day, rubbing the cream all over the feet and nails.

Foot File:

Do not use on broken or irritated skin. Diabetics and those with poor circulation should use with caution. Keep out of reach of children. Do not place directly on surfaces as scratching may occur.

Exfoliating Foot Scrub:

Do not use on the face or sensitive parts of the body. Keep out of reach of children. Suitable for Vegetarians, all skin types, diabetics and during pregnancy.

Conditioning Foot Cream:

Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water. Do not apply to broken skin. If irritation occurs discontinue use. Keep out of reach from children. Not recommended for facial use.

 Orders are fulfilled by Royal Mail until they leave the UK where they are passed to the national postal service for delivery.

The cost of the return is payable by the customer.
