1.1. The Bare Feet & Calla Shoes Competition (the "Competition") is organised by Pedal Pulses Ltd T/A  Bare Feet (the "Organiser"), located at Meridian House, 4th Floor, 42 Upper Berkeley ST, London, W1H 5QL

 1.2. By participating in the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms").

Eligibility

2.1. The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over.

2.2. Employees of the Organiser, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Competition are not eligible to enter.

Entry

3.1. To enter the Competition, participants must purchase any product online from the Organiser's website https://www.barefeetandhands.co.uk/  during the Competition Period.

 3.2. Each purchase automatically enters the customer into the prize draw. Only one entry per purchase is allowed.

3.3. No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition. To enter without purchase, please send a postcard with your name, address, email, and contact number to:

Competition Period

4.1. The Competition starts on 9^th June 2024 and ends on 7^th July 2024 (the "Competition Period").

Prize

5.1. The prize is in one pair of Calla shoes from the full range  which can be viewed here: https://callashoes.co.uk/

5.2. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

5.3. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Winner Selection

6.1. The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

6.2. The draw will take place on 8^th July at 5pm at Bare Feet’s Head Office (as above)

Notification

7.1. The winner will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the draw date.

7.2. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Organiser reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

Data Protection

8.1. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.

General

9.1. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these Terms without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Organiser's control. Any changes to the Competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Organiser.

9.2. The Organiser is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Competition.
