FILE: Use the Foot File 1-2 times a week on dry skin to remove hard skin and callus build-up on the feet. Work on areas of thickened, hard, calloused skin for long lasting results that leaves feet soft and smooth to the touch.

REPAIR: If you suffer from cracked heels, apply the Cracked Heel Balm onto the skin morning and night to help bind together cracks and repair the skin. This nourishing balm is designed to hydrate dry skin and repair painful, cracked heels. For especially cracked skin, use in conjunction with the Crack Heel Sealer. The sealer forms a thin, transparent barrier on the skin to prevent surface cracks from deepening and helps to keep the skin hydrated. For best results, apply a thin coat over cracks whenever required.
